Soup

The pumpkin, or Joumou, holds a cherished place in Haitian households. Whether stocked up for the traditional January 1st Haitian Independence meal or for the customary Sunday morning gatherings at home, Joumou soup is a staple. This lush soup, rich with flavors, is a comforting reminder of childhood with every sip.
