Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products sold on Koukatelier.com, refunds are accepted for prints, stickers and cards. Original artworks will be refunded if returned in original condition, within 14 days. 

You can contact us if you are not satisfied with the products you received at art@koukatelier.com.

Returns and refunds are not accepted after 14 days of product delivery. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
