I made a typo in my address, what do I do?
Please send me a message as soon as possible if that's the case. Once the order has been shipped, there's no way for me to modify your address. Koukatelier is not responsible for packages sent to mislabeled addresses, and refunds will not be provided in that case.
I live in Gatineau/Ottawa, can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! There is an option for free pickup at checkout. Thank you for your support.
Is it possible to have a custom order?
YES! Get all the information you need using this link and book me for your digital illustration or custom painting.
I live in Haïti, can I still order?
Absolutely! I have a separate service provider for Haiti, and they will be in touch with you to offer a special delivery to you.
Shipping and customs rates vary. Send me an email with the artwork you are interested in and I will send you an invoice.
If you’re unable to process your payment on the site, you can also do a bank transfer (to Unibank). Please contact via email.
Can I share your work online?
Absolutely! Thanks to your support, I'm able to live my dream of creating and sharing art with the world. Please make sure that you tag @koukatelier when sharing on social media.
All Koukatelier artworks are subject to copyright and may not be reproduced, modified or resold.
I just ordered, how long does it take to fulfill my order?
Please allow 24 to 48h to fulfill your order. Shipping is completed in the sequence that orders are received.
How will my order be shipped?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to track your package. I use Canada Post, USPS and Purolator based on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Orders to Canada and the USA take approximately 4 to 6 days. International orders take approximately 7 to 10 days.
Please note that delays are possible and are outside of Koukatelier’s control. Please check your email confirmation for details.
An item I ordered is damaged, do you accept returns?
Sorry to hear that! Please send pictures of the damage via email within 10 days of receiving your order. I will send you another artwork.
I changed my mind, can I have a refund?
You can cancel your order and obtain a refund IF you haven’t received a shipping confirmation. Once items are shipped, no refunds will be allowed.
If you are unsatisfied with your product when it arrives, please let me know via email.
I'd like a different size for an artwork you created, is that possible?
